Description: Known as the Eye of the Wind, this is the world’s first and only wind turbine that allows visitors to stand in a clear glass view pod at the top of the tower, three meters from its massive, rotating blades. It takes three chair lifts and walking to get to the turbine. Only one elevator takes four people at a time up the tower. Views are breathtaking. But even with a 28mm wide angle lens, one cannot capture the full expanse of the blades at ground level.
