Description: Beautiful Beach in La Paz. Beautiful bay a medium high tide. Pelicans all around me diving for fish. Ther are very close to me om 5-15 yards away. This pelican flew by me at about 20 feet away. Handheld shot. Background is blurry. can it be fixed to sell?
