If your stock photo sales are slow, it might be because you haven’t uploaded very many photos, yet.
I’ve found (and other photographers have told me this, too) that it took getting to about 300 images in my portfolio before I saw consistent sales.
Which is why this fun contest from Adobe Stock is the perfect kick in the you-know-what.
If you get 300 photos accepted into Adobe Stock before the end of 2019… they’ll give you a year’s subscription to Lightroom and Photoshop for free!
Is 300 photos a lot to get accepted between now and the end of December?
Yes. Yes, it is.
But that doesn’t mean you can’t do it. Snap & Sell Photo Club member Caroline Maryan gave it a go last year and made it to 300 photos! Now she’s happily using Lightroom and Photoshop for free. Plus, she’s made a bunch of stock photo sales over the last year that she never would have if she hadn’t tried.
Even if you don’t get 300 new photos accepted… any new photos up for sale in a stock agency is a step towards building a passive income with photography.
